Silver Spring, Maryland, 1965
An 8mm film taken by George Adamski in the presence of several witnesses, at Silver Spring, Maryland, in February 1965.
The craft was estimated by an optical physicist to be 27 feet in diameter. Note the apparent distortion in the frames, causing the craft to change shape. This is believed to be caused by a gravity field associated with the propulsion of the craft.

UFO in space gets fired at from the Earth's surface
From the Space Shuttle STS-48 mission, this footage shows an object moving across the screen. Suddenly there's a bright flash at the bottom-left of the screen and the object rapidly changes direction and moves away. A streak of light then goes through the space previously occupied by the object.
This page gives more information and analysis of the video, including how the object was calculated to accelerate away at 340,000 kph (Mach 285), after being fired upon from the ground.
Following this episode future live satellite feeds from NASA shuttle cameras were cancelled.

Allegedly smuggled out of Area 51, this is a test flight captured on a military camera. The object executes manoeuvres that no known man made aircraft can perform.
